One customer, one environment
Your agent runs in a dedicated EU cloud instance. Cloud, model and tool accounts remain in your name whenever practical.

Permissions before autonomy
We start with the minimum access required. High-impact actions such as sending, publishing, deleting or purchasing require explicit rules and normally human approval.

Updates that do not surprise you
Stable updates are installed in a controlled window, followed by smoke tests of the routines that matter. Backups provide a recovery path if something changes.

A service you can leave
There is no platform lock-in. If you cancel, you can receive an export and a practical handover of the environment, subject to the third-party services you selected.

Founding customer offer — five places
Pilot the service for six months
Founding customers pay €790 for setup and €179/month for the first six months. The monthly price then moves to the standard €249. The pilot includes structured feedback sessions; any public case study requires your separate approval.
Additional implementation
Deep email, calendar, CRM, document, browser or custom API integrations are scoped separately at €150/hour or as a fixed quote.
Usage costs
You pay the selected cloud, model and third-party tool providers directly. This keeps consumption transparent and your accounts portable.

Frequently asked questions
Is this just another chatbot?
No. A managed agent has persistent business context, scheduled routines, tools and explicit operating rules. Chat is simply one way to ask it for work or receive results.
Do I need to keep a computer running?
No. The agent runs in a dedicated cloud environment. You use it through the agreed messaging channel or interface.
What does the standard package include?
One dedicated environment, one primary user profile, one messaging channel and two agreed starter routines. Broader integrations and custom development are quoted separately.
Where is my data stored?
Hermes is a stateful agent: approved context, memory, skills, configuration and scheduled work are stored in the dedicated environment and its backups. We document the selected cloud region, model providers, tools and practical retention rules before launch.
Will the agent take actions without asking me?
Only within the permissions and rules agreed during setup. Consequential actions such as sending messages, publishing, deleting data or making purchases are kept behind explicit approval unless separately designed and tested.
What happens if I cancel?
There is no Verstos platform lock-in. We provide an export and practical handover of the environment. Your ability to continue using it depends on keeping the selected cloud, model and tool accounts active.
